Designed specifically for home owners this inspection covers all of the major systems and components to help you identify any areas of your home that are in need of maintenance, causing potential damage to you home or pose any health or safety risks. You go to the doctor, take your care to a mechanic, why not do the same for the largest investment you may likely ever make? Roof - Foundation - Structure - Site Grading and Drainage - Attic - Basement - Crawlspace - Exterior - Heating and Cooling Systems - Plumbing - Electrical - Garage - and Interior Living Areas. Included is a walkthrough at the end and a brief picture report to help you identify any defects or areas in need of maintenance or repairs. *This report is not to be used as a Pre-Listing inspection. It takes about 1.5-2 hours then I will give you a walk through the home at the end to let you know of our findings and address and deficiencies or concerns (+30 minutes) Total Time - 2-2.5 hours depending on the size and complexity of the home.
